In professional settings, especially at events, sharing contact information can be cumbersome and inefficient. Physical business cards are often misplaced or forgotten, and manually entering contact details can lead to errors.

This project began with in-depth research into how digital business cards function online. I experimented with various approaches and used this opportunity to deepen my understanding of UX standards and user behavior, ensuring the solution is both intuitive and effective.

Brainstorming

In the initial draft, I customized the cards with essential employee information, including their picture, name, surname, email, and phone number. To enhance usability, I added LinkedIn profiles and a feature allowing recipients to save their contact details directly to their address book, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

In the second draft, I refined the design by integrating the company’s newly adopted colors and branding, ensuring the digital cards aligned perfectly with the updated visual identity. This iteration emphasized both usability and brand consistency, creating a professional and cohesive solution.

By simply scanning the QR code on your phone, you can email, make a call, or save contact details directly to your device.
